Accessibility
As an organization that values inclusion and the full participation of all delegates, we’ll make every effort to accommodate accessibility requirements for delegates during the scheduled on-site convention activities. That includes providing real-time closed-captioning and ASL interpretation during convention events.
If you require additional accessibility accommodations, you'll be able to make that request when you register them in September.
Alternate Delegates
In the event a registered delegate is unable to attend convention, complete the Alternate Delegate Form and provide it to the alternate delegate for presentation at check-in at convention.
The alternate delegate must identify the delegate they are replacing and provide the badge of the regular delegate (if the regular delegate has been given a badge). The alternate badge must be returned if the regular delegate is to be re-granted their badge during convention proceedings.
Childminding
Childminding for children aged 2-12 will be available for convention events.
Please complete this reservation form and return it to convention2024@bcfed.ca by November 1, 2024.
